An Experience to Cherish

The Department of Education ensures that us learners will be able to continue our educational journey at home. Due to the Corona Virus pandemic face-to-face classes are suspended or not allowed. This new normal type of learning is new to me and I had a hard time accepting and adjusting to this new normal imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic. I am used to the traditional face-to-face classes and I can say that it is more effective than this new normal type of education but understand that the purpose of this is to maintain the safety of everyone and to continue learning amidst the global pandemic.             I’ve learned a lot of things from this new normal of education even though this is not what I am used to. Save the Earth, Save Ourselves

Earth is sick with multiple and worsening environmental ills killing millions of people yearly. We all know that the Earth is a sick patient because of this climate change and global warming. The health effect of these environmental problems is overwhelmingly negative. This climate change and global warming affects the social and environmental determinants of health- clean air, safe drinking, sufficient food, and secure shelter. There are many changes occurred around the world because of this climate change and global warming. Increased heat, increased wildfires, drought and insect outbreaks, flooding and erosion in coastal areas are only some of the effects or changes occurred around the world. I believe that we can still do something to stop the problem about these environmental problems or to lessen the effects of it.
